About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Tekline Roofing website at www.teklineroofing.com(the "Site"), website inquiries, online tools, and participation in our text-messaging program. The Site is operated by Tekline Roofing LLC, doing business as Tekline Roofing ("Tekline Roofing," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these Terms before using the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site. Using the Site or accepting these Terms does not, by itself, enroll you in text messaging or authorize promotional texts.

These website Terms do not replace a written roofing proposal, service agreement, construction contract, warranty, or other agreement you sign with Tekline Roofing. If there is a conflict concerning your roofing project, the applicable written project agreement controls, subject to applicable law.

Using Our Website

You may use the Site to learn about our services, request information, contact our team, and evaluate whether our services meet your needs. Please provide accurate information when contacting us or submitting a request.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit fraudulent requests, impersonate another person, or provide another person's contact information without authorization;
• Upload harmful code, spam, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person's rights;
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, forms, or nonpublic information;
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site; or
• Use the Site in a manner that violates applicable law.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, protect security, or maintain the Site.

Estimates, Scheduling & Service Agreements

Submitting a form, requesting an estimate, using an online quoting tool, or exchanging messages with our team does not by itself create a construction contract, reserve a start date, or authorize roofing work.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement, online prices and preliminary estimates are informational and may require an inspection, measurements, material selections, and verification of property conditions. The final scope of work, pricing, payment schedule, change orders, project timing, cancellation rights, and warranties will be addressed in the applicable written agreement and required disclosures.

Appointment and project requests are subject to confirmation. Weather, safe access, material availability, permitting, and property conditions may affect scheduling. Contact our team directly if you need to confirm or change an appointment.

Website Information & Online Tools

Articles, photographs, videos, cost information, weather information, and online tools on the Site provide general information. They are not a substitute for an inspection of your property or a written recommendation based on its actual condition.

Online estimates and weather-risk information depend on the information entered and available data. They may not identify hidden damage, structural issues, leaks, or every condition affecting your roof. Do not rely on a website result as confirmation that a roof is safe or free of damage.

We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but content may contain errors or become outdated. Please confirm material details, service availability, and project-specific recommendations with our team.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

Site text, designs, graphics, logos, photographs, and other materials are owned by Tekline Roofing or used with permission, unless otherwise indicated. Applicable intellectual-property laws protect those materials.

You may view, print, or save Site content for personal use when considering our services. Except as permitted by law or with the rights holder's permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, or use protected Site content for a separate commercial purpose. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Information & Materials You Submit

When you submit photographs, project details, documents, or other materials, you confirm that you have permission to provide them. Please do not submit payment-card details, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information through general contact forms.

You retain ownership of materials you submit. You permit Tekline Roofing and service providers acting on our behalf to use those materials as reasonably necessary to review your request, prepare an estimate, communicate with you, and perform agreed services. Submitting project photographs does not by itself give us permission to publish them in advertising.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. The mobile-information and SMS-consent restrictions below also apply.

Text Messaging Terms

Program Name & Purpose

The Tekline Roofing Service Updates text-messaging program is operated by Tekline Roofing LLC. If you opt in, we may send recurring SMS or MMS messages about your service request, inspection scheduling, appointment reminders, and roofing project updates. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Your Choice to Receive Texts

You can opt in by selecting the optional SMS-consent checkbox on a Tekline Roofing form or through another method that clearly requests your permission to receive the described messages. You must be the subscriber or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Providing a phone number, visiting the Site, or accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to recurring texts. You can request service and communicate with our team without joining the messaging program.

Consent to service-related texts does not authorize promotional text campaigns. If we offer marketing texts, we will request separate express written consent before sending them.

Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies based on your service request, appointment schedule, project activity, and communications with our team. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or charges.

You may also contact us directly to withdraw your text-message consent or request assistance with an opt-out. Opting out of texts does not cancel a roofing service agreement or appointment. Contact our team separately for project or scheduling changes. We may use another permitted communication method to discuss an existing service request.

Delivery & Number Changes

Text delivery depends on your device, wireless network, and service availability. Delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, to the extent permitted by law. Text messaging is not an emergency-response service; call 911 for an immediate threat to life or safety.

If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, please let us know so we can update our records. If you want to rejoin after opting out, provide a new opt-in through our consent process.

Mobile Information & No Third-Party Marketing Sharing

Tekline Roofing does not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, text-message opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.

Your SMS consent applies only to Tekline Roofing and is not transferred to other businesses for their messaging campaigns. We may provide this information to service providers solely to operate and deliver our text-messaging services on our behalf. Those providers may not use it for their own marketing.

These restrictions apply regardless of other information-sharing provisions in these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use and protect it, when we disclose it, and available privacy choices. Please review that policy alongside these Terms. Questions about personal information or text-message consent may be sent to info@teklineroofing.com.

Third-Party Websites & Services

The Site may link to or display services from manufacturers, financing providers, review platforms, mapping providers, and other third parties. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control independent third-party websites or guarantee their content, availability, or services. Review the relevant provider's terms before submitting information or entering into an agreement. A link does not change the mobile-information restrictions stated above.

Website Availability & Limitations

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Site features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website feature will operate without error.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its general informational content are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. This provision concerns website access and general website information; it does not eliminate obligations or warranties in your written roofing agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability, limits a remedy, or waives a consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Washington, without depriving you of mandatory protections that apply under the laws of another jurisdiction.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent the law permits, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Any project-specific dispute provisions are addressed in the applicable written service agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Site, our messaging program, or applicable requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last modified" date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.

Changes to this page do not expand your text-message consent, authorize new promotional messages, or amend an existing signed roofing agreement without any consent required by law or that agreement.
