We have a 1911 house that is three stories above grade, with a fairly complex, multi-gable roof, so when it came time to replace it, we were particularly concerned with finding a company that could do the job with a minimum of disturbance to the site, our neighbors and ourselves. They completed the entire tear-off roof in 3 days, leaving our yard and home cleaner and in better condition than when they started. The team at Tekline met or exceeded our expectations. Great attention to detail. Scheduling and staging at job site was very well organized. The project was well managed. The onsite crew was efficient and communicated progress and issues encountered daily. They found some rotten joists in one section of the roof and those were addressed the next day without any impact to the schedule. We are very happy with the outcome.

We chose Tekline to install a standing seam metal roof on our home. The workers took great care in their work and we are really pleased with the results. The job took about a week and they cleaned up at the end of every day making the area around our home neat, and as safe as possible. We just had Tekline Roofing do a metal roof for us and were very, very pleased with their considerate crew and the finished roof. Norm was our sales contact and easy to work with. Metal was about 1 and a half more $$ than composite for our roof (we've got some complicated parts). It made the solar easier to install and we won't have to re-roof when we're 20something years older and less able to deal with construction decisions.

I waited to do this review until after a couple of storms: metal isn't any noisier than our composite roof was. The new roof dealt with the wind gusts and rain downpours just fine. We chose white to help correct the urban heat island effect. There may be a small rebate but even if there isn't, it helps the community and looks good with our colors. Consider a light colored roof if you can.
