DESIGNED AROUND YOUR PROPERTY
SEATTLE RAIN DOESN’T CARE HOW GOOD YOUR TILE LOOKS.
The visible tile is only part of the roof. Around Puget Sound, long wet stretches and wind-driven rain make valleys, walls, chimneys, skylights, and roof penetrations especially important. A beautiful field of tile cannot compensate for a weak flashing detail.
On a tree-lined lot in Shoreline, debris collection may be part of the maintenance plan. On an exposed Eastside roof, attachment and edge details deserve particular attention. These are site conditions to evaluate, not reasons to prescribe the same installation on every house.
Tekline’s scope should identify what comes off, what is inspected, what gets replaced, and how concealed damage will be handled. If you are replacing an older tile roof because of recurring leaks, ask us to look beyond the visible tiles and explain the condition of the system below them.
